The acronym "GFCF" stands for Graduate and Faculty Christian Forum and it was founded in 1988 by a group of University faculty and graduate students seeking to explore the dialogue between religious faith and academic scholarship. The UBC Graduate and Faculty Christan Forum organizes a series of monthly lectures during the academic year which are open to all graduate students and faculty and cover a broad range of topics and disciplines. This years lectures are supported by the William G. Murrin Fund and the Reid Foundation.
